Tom Jones & Them in Gt. Yarmouth, 1965?

Does anyone remember such a gig taking place?

Hello... I've just come across a scan of an old newspaper cutting that states Tom Jones and Them played at the old 'ABC' in Gt. Yarmouth on July 4th 1965. What I haven't been able to ascertain however is whether this concert took place as planned...

Does anyone have any memories of this at all? ... I was born in 1969 so I never got to see or hear any of this (or other concerts by well-known national and international stars in the town). Your input and/or memories would be most appreciated...
