Grandparent's holidays
Nanny used to go to her Nanny's for her holiday, as she lived by the sea at a place called Aldburgh, in East Yorkshire. She went there by bus and used to play on the beach all summer long
Granddad used to go to Harrogate in North Yorkshire to visit his older sister for his holidays, and went there by train.
Parent's holidays
We used to go abroad on holiday, usually on a plane, but sometimes by coach or on a boat. When we got there we would play in th swimming pool or go to the beach and make sandcastles.
Children's holidays
We go to Butlins by car. We go swimming, watch shows and go on rides.
