Grandparent's holidays
(Nanny's family lived in Germany, so she was lucky enough to be able to go and visit them).
Nanny went on a train, then a boat, then an aeroplane to see her nanny. She did some sight-seeing then went to see the Berlin Wall and a German School.
Parent's holidays
Mum went to Stiffkey in Norfolk by car and would sleep in a tent. She used to go for walks over the marshes and swim in the creeks. She also used to go 'crab dripping' to see who could catch the most crabs
Children's holidays
I have been to Tenerife, St Lucia, Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, Rhodes, Florida and Center Parcs. I travelled by car and aeroplane. On holiday I swam in the pool, went for walks and sunbathed.
